The Ecolodge Classroom

The classroom is a 685 ft2 multipurpose space and is located on the top floor of the Ecolodge. It has a carpeted floor, ivory walls, vaulted pine ceiling, and a small tea kitchen. There are ample windows for natural light or for ventilation and electric heat registers you can control yourself.
Presentations

For presentations the classroom accommodates ~50 guests plus guest speakers. For these events the space is set up ‘theater style’ with the projector and speaker in the front of the room, and rows of chairs to seat the anticipated amount of attendees.

Workshops

For workshops the classroom accommodates approximately 30 participants. The room can be set up with tables and chairs in a configuration that suits your needs for the desired activities.

Yoga

For Yoga the studio accommodates classes as large as 28 students. We have a small selection of bolsters, blocks and straps included with the classroom rate for your complimentary use. There is a storage closet to hold your equipment should you wish to use the classroom for other purposes during your booking.

Rates & Amenities

The classroom is $25/hour with a 2 hour minimum per session, or $150/day plus tax and it is available from 9am-9pm. The rate includes use of 10 folding tables, chairs, the projector and screen, flip charts and easel, a white board and markers, and a small selection of yoga props.

We have an optional self serve coffee and tea service which is $30 for the first service and $20 for refills. Included in this service is a carafe of coffee, a selection of herbal and black tea, sugar, milk and cream, mugs and utensils.
Darwin’s Café is open seasonally and may be able to cater light fare onsite for the group. Alternatively, Tofino has high quality local caterers who are able to deliver food directly to the Ecolodge. Please note this must be arranged with the Ecolodge in advance and is based on availability of the communal kitchen and living room.
